Swedish Egg Puff
Base serves 2 with leftovers β slide to scale the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450Β°F.
- Place your baking pan in the oven to heat up.
- Add butter to the pan to melt before pouring in the batter.
- In a bowl, mix milk, eggs, flour, salt, and honey until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the preheated pan.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, depending on the size of the pan, until fluffy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately plain or with maple syrup.
Notes:
- Use a stoneware cookie sheet for best results.
- Adjust honey to taste for sweetness.
- Yield: 8-10 pieces.
